[digiKam-users] select date source for renaming when downloading

Hi,

is there a way to select the source for the date which is used when renaming
pictures and creating folders while downloading. E.g. select if exiv or last
modified date is used?
A friend of mine is using digikam to get pictures from an iphone which seems
to change the modified date when viewing the pictures. Which in turn make the
renaming while downloading rather senseless.
