[digiKam-users] remove tag from jpg outside of digiKam does not update tags inside digiKam

Problem/bug: digiKam does not update tag list of a jpg when the tag is
removed outside of digiKam (e.g. file explorer). Version is 5.9.0

BTW: when I add a tag outside of digiKam, this is noticed by digiKam and
updated respectively within digiKam. Only removing a tag outside of digiKam
does NOT lead to an update in digiKam.

I also tried the menu item "Reread metadata from images", but this does
shown the same wrong behavior.

If I'm not mistaken, this is a known issue that has already been reported in
bug #380876 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=380876
