Hello,
I have to make many photos in very dark situations. I can't avoid noise. I can make it better with the showfoto noise plugin, but I noticed the proprietary software noiseware do excellent work. Are there showfoto setup that can do what noiseware do as default (I do not have time for long editing on each image) alternatively is it possible to use noiseware from digikam batch mode? I Use openSUSE Leap 42.3 and noiseware free with wine thanks jdd -- http://dodin.org |
Hi, BQM has a tool to run external script (bash for ex). If noiseware sofware can be called from CLI with delegate argument to process a file taken from a queue set in digiKam, so, you have a possible solution... Best Gilles Caulier Hello, |
You can also process noisy pictures in open source darktable which has darktable-cli which can be called via digikam BQM per the Gilles comment below. You can create a darktable style based on recommendations in this topic: https://discuss.pixls.us/t/call-to-advice-for-fighting-color-noise/3366/2 Just my two cents... I try not to use proprietary software if I can, I just was stumbled by the noiseware result :-) which has > darktable-cli which can be called via digikam BQM per the Gilles comment > below. > > You can create a darktable style based on recommendations in this topic: > > https://discuss.pixls.us/t/call-to-advice-for-fighting-color-noise/3366/2 > I will read this asap, thanks. I don't think the free noiseware soft have command line options like what I need (on purpose, of course they want people to pay for them) thanks jdd -- http://dodin.org |
