[digiKam-users] dk 6b3: 7-Nov-2018

[digikam-2]

Often, DK6b3 doesn't display the popup box so that it's legible.

This only happen in the thumbnail view and the upper row, the top of
the popup box is off screen.

The cursor was on the left image

Oops, further info that I forgot:

1. Manjaro, current, XFCE
2. It looks like this happens when there's a caption that there is
more than 2 or 3 lines
