[digiKam-users] Tiny mouse on Ubuntu 20.10

ZileXa www
With the latest app image and on a laptop with 2560x1600 13" resolution, the mouse cursor is very tiny within the Digikam window.
I already tried adding QT_SCALE_FACTOR=2 to my .desktop file (after Digikam was integrated via AppImageLauncher) but it has no effect. How do others solve this?

In order for the environment variable "QT_SCALE_FACTOR" to work, the option
for "Use high DPI scaling from the screen factor" must be activated in the
digiKam setup under Miscellaneous-> System. But why the mouse pointer changes
over an AppImage window under Ubuntu, even Ubuntu probably doesn't know
itself.
