[digiKam-users] Raw Import - 'binary comment'

Mick Sulley
On DK7, just imported a bunch of raw pics from my Canon.  They all have
the caption 'binary comment', I have no idea why, never seen it before.

It's not a major problem, but it is a bit irritating, is this a bug or
have I set something wrong?

Thanks

Mick

[digiKam-users] preview view - top (small pictures row)

Tóth Csaba
Hello!

In the preview view, at sunsetColor (but I tried other dark themes too)
with Breeze  dark icons, at the portrait images, the ratings (stars) is
on the picture and hard/not visible.

(For me is ok, if there will be a padding bottom for the stars, like in
the thumbnails view)

And can I ask the selected image will be in the middle of the row? (so
it will scroll not only if the selected image off the window)

Thanx

Csaba

The camera writes binary data in this field. This can be anything, including
an audio file or something similar. Earlier versions of Exiv2 did not decode
or even destroy this information. Read these bug reports:

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=422240
