I am on a Mac.
Setting up print creator either for Print to PDF or to Printer results into "Printing Process aborted" When "Print to PDF" is selected and clicking on "Page Setup" nothing happens -- Sent from: http://digikam.1695700.n4.nabble.com/digikam-users-f1735189.html |

Interresting : QPrintDialog: Cannot be used on non-native printers This is an error message from Qt framework. If you have on a Mac, i would to know if you setup a real printer on MacOS. Also can you reproduce this problem to open an image in digiKam Editor and use File/Print option, which a simplified way to print items compared to PrintCreator tool. Yes, I have setup a printer.
I have done a few tests and it seems that the option "Print to PDF" inside Digikam isn't doing anything except aborting the process. But when I choose to print to my printer then it works and I can set it in the driver to save to pdf. -- Sent from: http://digikam.1695700.n4.nabble.com/digikam-users-f1735189.html |
Interesting. The PDF export work as expected outside MacOS. Perhaps it's a bug from Qt, we don't have virtual print drivers in digiKam code. Gilles Caulier Le ven. 6 sept. 2019 à 20:42, tsader <[hidden email]> a écrit : Yes, I have setup a printer. |
