Hi,
I have ~80,000 images in two collections. Scanning them for new entries
at startup takes about 5 minutes.
Can this be made faster somehow?
Also, I am seeing the output continue even after digikam finishes the
startup scan task in its statusbar.
Below is the output. What is Digikam doing there exactly, and why is
this not displayed in the UI as an active process?
