No the Windows store is not yet supported :
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398582... but, we have now an online updater to simplify the new version
check, download, and install, sometimes like VLC or Firefox, except
the automatic check and update.
You can check for a new stable version, or for a daily update with the
development version.
Go to Help/Check For New Version dialog for details.
