Hello, I’m trying to install DigiKam on a Windows 10 desktop. I’ve tried DigiKam versions 7.0 and 6.4 and 64bit and 32bit and with and without administrator access without success. In each case, no interface appears. However, I can see the instance running in the task manager. I’ve gone through the documentation several times but cannot see what I’m missing. I welcome any advice! Many thanks in advance, Terence |

Hi, Gilles, Thank you for your fast reply! For antivirus/antimalware I’m using Malwarebytes + MS Defender. There is nothing in the Malwarebytes logs or Windows Event viewer for Defender indicating either have blocked anything or found problems with anything. Wondering, do I have to install KDE or anything else first, or does DigiKam install all of its prerequisites? Windows installer includes ALL requirements. It's a bundle.
All is installed fine with 7.0.0 64 bits under Windows 7 and Windows 10.
