[digiKam-users] Import problem.

Lou

For some reason digikam import wrongly tries to import from my camera when I select the card reader. The card is mounted and is found by digikam5. I thought there might be a bug in digikam5 so upgraded to digikam6.2.0., but that did not help. How can this be fixed?

If I start digikam6 with sudo the files can be downloaded from the memory card. But that was not necessary before. What is wrong?

This is not a problem of digiKam, but of the system. As a user, you have no
rights to the mounted folder.
