[digiKam-users] How to search Title and/or Description?

I thought that the search box at the bottom of the Albums tab would
search image Title and Description but it seems that it doesn't, it
just searches through the album/folder names.

Is there a search that looks through image titles and descriptions?

Yes, left sidebar the search, above the simple text search is sufficient.
