[digiKam-users] Digikam-7.0.0/LibRaw question

Brian Morrison
I see that the LibRaw project has recently released LibRaw-0.20, so I
was wondering if I need my distro's LibRaw to be updated to this new
version or whether the support for .CR3 raw files etc is already within
the new Digikam release.

Hi,

Libraw source code is included directly in digiKam core, so no need
for an external dependency from your system.

Thanks, I did start trying to update all my packages that depend on
LibRaw-0.19 but it quickly became a major undertaking. I will wait for
Fedora 33!
