[digiKam-users] DK and Gimp XCF files

DK 6.4.0. I know from experience 6that DK cannot preview the Gimp
2.10 xcf files.

Is there a way of providing the preview through xcftools?

Hi,

I'm sure that XCFTool is outdated and do not support last Gimp format.

Did you try the simple xcf2png command line tool ?

Anyway, we have already a XCF thumbnailer with ImageMagic, but the problem still exists even with IM 7.x.
