I have 2 monitors: $ xrandr Screen 0: current 3840 x 1080 HDMI-0 connected primary 1920x1080+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 510mm x 290mm 1920x1080 60.00*+ DVI-D-1 connected 1920x1080+1920+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 509mm x 286mm 1920x1080 60.00*+ Is it possible to have the preview use the 2 screens? left screen: the thumbnails right screen: the actual preview Right now the only time I can use the 2 screens with is DK on 1 screen and the light table on the other screen. -- sknahT vyS |
Hi, I use 2 screens here, and the embeded is ... "embeded", so with F3 it's not possible to export the view on second screen. But the slide show tool can be exported on the second screen and work very well. A second solution is to open file on editor to preview. As editor is a separate view, it's possible to move it on second screen. Best Gilles Caulier Le mer. 16 janv. 2019 à 20:24, <[hidden email]> a écrit : DK6b3: 28-Dec-2018 |
Hi Gilles,
What I was hoping was to make the screen 3840 x 1080 so I could place the preview on 1 side and the thumbnails on the other side sknahT vyS On Thu, 17 Jan 2019 10:39:00 +0100 Gilles Caulier <[hidden email]> wrote: > Hi, > > I use 2 screens here, and the embeded is ... This is exactly how slideshow can run. In fact, Slideshow core use the preview mode to render image on screen. You can run slideshow on the second screen while album view still on the first screen. Best Gilles Caulier Le ven. 18 janv. 2019 à 02:48, <[hidden email]> a écrit : Hi Gilles, |

Yes and I'd love to do the same with the thumbnail views, previews and tabs. icreM vyS > > Best > > Gilles Caulier > > Le ven. 18 janv. 2019 à 02:48, <[hidden email]> a écrit : > > > Hi Gilles, > > > > What I was hoping was to make the screen 3840 x 1080 so I could > > place the preview on 1 side and the thumbnails on the other side > > > > sknahT > > > > vyS > > > > On Thu, 17 Jan 2019 10:39:00 +0100 > > Gilles Caulier <[hidden email]> wrote: > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > I use 2 screens here, and the embeded is ...
