digiKam and problem with .jpg images properties

Lukasz Mazurkiewicz
Hi, i'm using openSUSE 10.2 with digiKam 0.9.0.
My problem is that digiKam doesn't display dimensions (resolution) and
bits depth of .jpg images in thumbnails view and on the right side bar
"properties" tab.
This is happening with all of my .jpg images.
No problems with other extensions like .png .bmp ... etc.
I got installed all necessary kfile plugins (kdegraphics3 package) and
digikamplugins.
Anybody got some idea what is wrong?
Regards.

Lukasz,

these informations are given by KDE API. Witch KDE version you use ? Is konqueror give properties informations ?
