Just upgraded to 4.2 on Kubuntu 14.04 using Philip's PPA and I can't get any
of the Google maps to work now. The only map that will display anywhere is
Marble's.

I've installed 4.2.0 on my Windows 7 64bit machine, when it starts it
complains about missing cudart32_55.dll (I have Intel graphics, not
NVidia) and won't run.

Any suggestions? I saw Ananta announce this release on G+ so it appears
to be an official release.

Ananta provided a version without the CUDA libraries, it seems to work
correctly for me now, it certainly starts and displays the window :)
