The "the list of digiKam file closed" and "the list of Kipi-plugins
file closed" hyperlinks doesn't work at
http://www.digikam.org/drupal/node/653. They give "403 Forbidden"
errors.

It's not reproducible here. I can see this content with a cleaned web
browser (without to be connected with my account to projects.kde.org

Both links works for me. Tested from two browsers and also from a remote server using wget. it's strange.

Stranger still:
in Firefox, direct opening in new tab or window gives a 403 forbidden error,
then just clicking in the address bar (as if to edit the URL) without changing
the URL, and hitting 'return' loads the correct page...
Using 'copy link location' and then pasting link in fresh tab also works.

I'm still seeing the broken behaviour, in both Firefox and Opera. Click
on the link from the announcement page and get 403. Copy/paste the link
into the address bar and it works fine. So I guess it is
projects.kde.org objecting to the referer.
