Both build fine on Ubuntu Jaunty and I am already preparing packages for Intrepid and Jaunty.

One thing that I have noticed: icons are installed in three locations:
- /usr/share/icons/hicolor,
- /usr/share/icons/oxygen
- /usr/share/apps/digikam/icons/hicolor
I cannot notice a clear pattern what is installed where. AFAIK, particularly the application icons (digikam.png and showfoto.png) should go in /usr/share/hicolor in order to be available on all desktop environments (GNOME, XFCE...). I suspect we should not ship anything in oxygen too.

See attached file for the list of all installed icons.

I have noticed some interesting warnings by debian packager in kipi-plugins and will see if we can really get rid of these linked libraries for final release:
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: dependency on libICE.so.6 could be avoided if "debian/kipi-plugins/usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_slideshow.so debian/kipi-plugins/usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_imageviewer.so" were not uselessly linked against it (they use none of its symbols).
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: dependency on libkabc.so.4 could be avoided if "debian/kipi-plugins/usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_calendar.so" were not uselessly linked against it (they use none of its symbols).
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: dependency on libGLU.so.1 could be avoided if "debian/kipi-plugins/usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_slideshow.so debian/kipi-plugins/usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_imageviewer.so" were not uselessly linked against it (they use none of its symbols).

dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: dependency on libgmodule-2.0.so.0 could be avoided if "debian/kipi-plugins/usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_ipodexport.so" were not uselessly linked against it (they use none of its symbols).

I have noticed that Slovenian (sl) is not on the list of digikam translations, even though that I see there is digikam.po in SVN:
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kde4/sl/messages/extragear-graphics/

Is there something missing to include this translation?
Disclaimer: I have no clue how i18n/l10n works in KDE. ;-)

Regards,
Luka
