database disk image is malformed

Hi there,

When I launch Digikam and also when I run different commands I get the following error message at the console.

May someone tell me how to correct it?

digikam.dbengine: Failure executing query:
 "SELECT tagid, COUNT(*) FROM ImageTagProperties  LEFT JOIN Images ON Images.id=ImageTagProperties.imageid  WHERE ImageTagProperties.property=? AND Images.status=1  GROUP BY tagid;"
Error messages: "Unable to fetch row" "database disk image is malformed" 11 1

Hi,

May someone give at least a clue?

I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, DK 5.5.0 with internal SQLite...

I'm afraid this is the reason for not having People>Unknown tag working (it just lists nothing)
