I have installed digikam 0.8.1 and tried to update my koffice to 1.5 beta
but the krita install failed with an error msg about a file also used by digikam. dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/krita_1%3a1.4.90-0ubuntu0breezy2_i386.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite `/usr/share/mimelnk/image/x-raw.desktop', which is also in package digikam dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe) Errors were encountered while processing: /var/cache/apt/archives/krita_1%3a1.4.90-0ubuntu0breezy2_i386.deb E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) I tried renaming and moving the file "x-raw.desktop" but still got the same error.I am using kubuntu breezy. Is there anything I can do to get krita to install? many thanks -- Using Opera's revolutionary e-mail client: http://www.opera.com/mail/ ___________________________________________________________ Yahoo! Digikam 0.8.1-3 uploaded 2 days ago to debian/sid fixed it: ... * remove image/x-raw.desktop. It is now in upstream's stable branch of kdelibs (see http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=121242). ... Btw. x-raw.desktop need to be removed from krita too x-raw.desktop (also fixed in at least debian SVN). It's now in kdelibs. I'll put in on my Kubuntu TODO list.
