compiling digikam svn

Bugzilla from gandalf.lechner@univie.ac.at
Hi all,

as Gilles wrote earlier today, the next digikam version depends on
libkdcraw 1.2.0. On my kubuntu system, I have installed a package called
libkdcraw8(-dev); I'm not sure about the actual version of libkdcraw it
contains, though (How would I figure that out?).

Compiling the current svn version fails in kipi-plugins/rawconverter. I
suppose this is due to the mentioned new dependency, at least it still
worked fine yesterday.
Could someone please point me to instructions how to obtain/compile the
necessary libkdcraw so that I can keep up with digikam's development?

Gandalf

You need libkdcraw from trunk in svn. look here :

http://www.digikam.org/download/svn?q=download/KDE4

libkdcraw is hosted in kdegraphics/libs from KDE core :

http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdegraphics/
