batch renaming files in 2.5 64 bit

Hi,

I need to rename a view hundred files in a batch, but the batch
processor seems to do renaming only if another tool is being applied.
However, the images shall remain unchanged, just the name needs to be
altered. Is there a way to do that? If not, it would be a must for
future versions... ;-)
