appimage help options

Hello,

I have noticed that the outputs of 'help' and '--help' options are completely different.

Was this done on purpose?

Hi,

the appimage "help" return the script wrapper that i written to list
possible arguments to use from CLI

"--help" is options which can be used with digikam executable as well.

Be not confuse, "help" AppImage argument must be certainly renamed.
Any proposal are welcome.
