Workflow for slideshows

Hi All,

I quite like digikam for all its features it provides.

The only essential thing I did not work out so far is managig slide shows.

I'm searching for a way to manage images for a slide show.

Minimum needed:

• set up a list of images out of various albums, searches etc.
  
• change the order of the images in the list
• save an reload that list
• load that list into e.g. the advanced slide
  

Nice to have:

• transition effects between images
• duration per image
  
• individual sound

Can anybody help?

I had a quick look for the sort of thing you are after - the best I've found
so far is Videoporama

http://www.videoporama.tuxfamily.org/index.php?z=11

...but am waiting for the 'add video' feature too (next version?)

no. Nobody work on this feature, and i'm too busy to do it. Any volunteers are welcome...
