Which repo is currently being used for the GSOC branch ? the svn one or the git repo ?

SVN, until further announcement.
I still hope to migrate "in the next days" (TM).

To get kdegraphics/libs migrated though, a lot of discussion and coordination
is involved though to get the whole of kdegraphics on the track.
That's the reason why it takes so long.
