Where does DK store the faces database

Rinus
Does someone know: Where does DK store the faces database. Just inside
the Thumbnail db or anywhere else?

It's managed by libkface in an XML file... Look here :

~/.kde4/share/apps/libkface/database/libface-config.xml

Re: Where does DK store the faces database

Rinus
Thanks Gilles!

Once tagged it is no longer possible to browse all the faces because the
function "View->Include tag subtree" does not function on "People"
Is there any way to make that work, else
Is there any way to export the found faces thumbnails to files (not the
photo's were the faces reside but just the thumb of the face itself)? else
Is there a doc around explaining the structure of libface-config.xml

yes. Please open a new file to KDE bugzilla about this problem.

thumbs are stored in PGF format in a dedicated digiKam sqlite database
file. you can
extract thumbs to query DB. Look in digikam/project sub folder, there
is a ODF file to explain DB structure.

This is a question for libface team.
