Hi all, 

my digikam and dolphin (KDE5 on openSuse 42.2, digikam 5.5.0 ) to make a two differentes style video thumbnails, take a view at the screenshot.

Dolphin use ffmpegthumbs, but what soft use Digikam?

How I can copy/use the style from Dolphin to Digikam?

ffmpeg through QtAV framework.

You cannot.

And customize ? .. is too much ugly! :D

Too much ugly ? No it's optimum.

digiKam has only one vertical bar to let's a real place of video
preview area. One bar is enough. And don't forget that more
information take place over the thumbnail in icon view. There is no
plan to change this.
