Hi Just noticed that the official release plan of future releases of Digikam ended with Digikam 4.6. Is there a new updated release plan on the way? Is 4.6 the end of the road for Digikam 4.x with 5.0 coming up? Maybe when ported the QT5 stuff is done 5.0 is imminent? Will there be a 4.7 first?_______________________________________________ Digikam-devel mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-devel |
Hi Philip,
As usual, next digiKam release is noted in main CMakeLists.txt from digikam/core. For 4.x serie, we plan to release one version each month, for maintenance. Main 5.0.0 in june 2015, if all port is done. Currently core is ported to 85%, kipi-plugins 25%, all other shared libs to 100%. But not all is tested for regression. There is a wiki page for details : https://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Digikam/CodingSprint2014 I will update release plan page. best Gilles 2015-01-09 18:24 GMT+01:00 Philip Johnsson <[hidden email]>: > Hi > > Just noticed that the official release plan of future releases of Digikam > ended with Digikam 4.6.
