Unbundling libface?

is there any reason why this code is still in extras/libkface/CMakeLists.txt?

# Force usage of local copy temporarily in this branch
#FIND_PACKAGE(LibFace)

2 reasons :

1/ libface is not yet packaged everywhere because it still in stage of
developement.
2/ We current working on a dedicated implementation to process Face
Recognition (Face Detection is already implemented and work well)
