Is there an easy way to see ALL the tags on a picture.  I'm beginning
to find that they won't all fit on one line.  Nor can I open the
entire tag tree and see them them without scrolling.

(I'm coming the to conclusion that it takes about 6-10 tags per
picture for decent search later:
A picture  of me preparing a transplant bed for spruce seedlings in
spring could be tagged, "White Spruce" "Reforestation" "Poplar
transition forest" "Bed preparation" "Approaching Storm"  "Spring
work"

there is a button at the bottom of the tag list in the right sidebar (the one
for applying new tags), which when clicked shows only those tags which are
already applied to the currently selected picture.
