Tags not showing up in Exif

Hi there,

I'm a digiKam and ExifTool newbie, and have tagged a whole bunch of images in digiKam and want to export these tags into a .csv file. I tried doing this in ExifTool using `exiftool -csv` and the produced file does include HierarchicalSubject and Keywords columns, however both of these are listed as strings of text.

Is there a way I can ensure that the exported .csv contains the actual digiKam tags and not just the Exif tags ??
