Solution to OpenCV «error: ‘ptrdiff_t’ does not name a type»

Perhaps someone else is interested in this as well since it prevented me
from building digikam and frei0r-plugins on debian sid. The manual fix is
simple (found by googling after some time):

i.e. just add «using std::ptrdiff_t;» to the cxcore.hpp file.
