SimpleViewer installer problems

Can anyone tell me how to install Simpleviewer (that Flash gallery
maker) so that it works?

I read the Digikam instructions that appear when you're trying to create
a web gallery but whatever they're telling me to do doesn't work.

I sure do need some help.
