Send image via mail from Digikam

I just tried to send an image via EMail from Digikam 5.3. Didn't work, it
seems to try the wrong mail client. I did not found a way to configure the
correct mailer in Digikam, so probably this is taken from some environment
or system wide config. I use Xfce (Xubuntu) and have the correct mailer
configured in Xfce control panel. I use claws-mail, and Digikam wants to
start syplheed (which i had years ago).

Any hints appreciated,

Thanks, but xdg does not work Xfce (Xubunutu). However, seems i missed
that, digikam has a drop-down list in the EMail dialog allowing to choose
the mailer.
