Search result export

Thomas Hummel-2
Hello,

how would you export the filenames of the pictures that are the result of a search (for later shell scripting for instance) ?

Open a Konsole and start an editor. Than just drag and drop them. In the
action box select "Paste". Save the file and you have your list.

I tried it with kedit, but it opened the files instead of pasting the file
names.

Re: Search result export

depot
Open a Konsole and type 'nano' or 'pico' (or in fact any other simple text editor) followed by
return. Then drag your photo's from digikam into the editor window and select paste in the action
box. That works.
