Search for black and white, grayscale images

How can I find "black & white" (grayscale) images mixed among color images?

For example, for a typical color image, the properties show "Bits per Sample 8 8 8" and "Photometric Interpretation RGB"
For a black & white, the properties show "Bits per Sample 8" and "Photometric Interpretation Black is Zero".

Is there a way to get Search to screen on those parameters?
