Arve,

I'm so surprising than no makernote are available with your pictures taken
with an Canon EOS 350D. I have others pictures taken with this camera model
and makernote are available.

I supose than your pictures are not the original taken with your camera
because IPTC tags have been added with BibblePro.

Question : Bibblepro remove Exif markernote, or you have process something
wrong with your pictures ?

Well, I'm learning to use BibblePro 4.9d. The above remarks made me
curious, because I didn't notice such a loss before. To make sure, I
processed a jpeg-file in BibblePro and loaded it into digiKam. All the
information EXIF, Makernote and IPTC is preserved.

What camera do you use?

If I remember right makernote and several tags used in EXIF is not exactly standard and Bibble have some issues with EXIF info on some cameras.

Yes, some camera use non-standard Exif tags to place exotic values...

...but Makernote Exif tag (not tags) are placed in a standard way. Of course
Makernotes tags are un-standardized.

Look like Makernotes is a standardized Exif subfolder witch a content
unstandardized.

Above is the result of a html-formatted message. Rather difficult to
read isn't it?

And, to answer your question, I'm using a Nikon D70s.
