Re: CMake problm when trying to get the latest version of 0.2

Philip Johnsson

DigiKam has migrated to git

I might stand corrected but Digikam have migrated from svn to git so I think that guide is a little outdated if you want to build Digikam 2.0 from bleeding edge code. Have a look at this blog post instead, http://www.digikam.org/drupal/node/574 , but you can get most of the build dependencies from the guide you were reading.

I hit a wall here:

$ patch < ../libkexiv2cmake.diff
patching file CMakeLists.txt
Hunk #1 FAILED at 1.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file CMakeLists.txt.rej

If I tried the next step:
# cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=debugfull -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local ..

I get this:
.
CMake Error: The source directory "/home/yo" does not appear to contain
CMakeLists.txt.
Specify --help for usage, or press the help button on the CMake GUI.

Help, anyone?  Thanks.
