RNumInput should detect its default state

Hi,

I think the RIntNumInput widgets should detect if their default value is
currently set and disable the reset button.
Right now this only happens when reset was pressed.
But if you start a tool and defaults are set, those buttons are enabled.

For me this would make much more sense.

What do you think?

Agree.

Both implementation must be fixed :

- digiKam core
- next libkdcraw 1.0.0 from my home svn dir
