Q3support source code to left in 2012

Hi all,

as Aaron Seigo said in recent blog :

"For some, however, it will be a little more drastic. Qt3Support will
be gone, which means KDE3Support will almost certainly die along with
it. If your application still relies on the Qt3- or KDE3Support
libraries, this is a wake-up call to address that."

So, Q3support code in digiKam must be left in 2012. It still :

- 1/ Image Editor canvas, based on Q3ScrollView

- 2/ Image Editor tool preview based on PreviewWidget (Q3ScrollView)

- 3/ Showfoto Thumbbar, based on ThumbBar (Q3ScrollView)

- 4/ CameraGui icon view based on IconView (Q3ScrollView)

I plan to port 1/ and 2/

3/ is more complex. We must use DCategorizedView based class using
KUrl instead ImageInfo.

4/ is another port to Qt4 model/view of DCategorizedView
