Put Turn-Commands in Popup-Menu

Hallo,
in an old version of Digikam the commands for turning 90°/180°/270° of a
picture were accessable in the popup menu.
In the new version these commands are only accessable from the main menu.
How can I configure the popup menu in Digikam to access to these commands
from the popup menu?

Die E-Mail-Adresse funktioniert, kann aber u.U. in Zukunft mal abgeschaltet
werden. Ohne "_remove_this_" wird sie auch in Zukunft noch funktionieren.

The rotation (which is now called right and left) is part of the kipi-plugins.
If you install them, the pop-up is available again.

But they are installed on my machine.

apt-get install kipi-plugins
Paketlisten werden gelesen... Fertig
Abhängigkeitsbaum wird aufgebaut... Fertig
// This means they are installed
kipi-plugins ist schon die neueste Version.  
0 aktualisiert, 0 neu installiert, 0 zu entfernen und 13 nicht aktualisiert.

Is there a wrong configuration file on my machine which I have to delete or
change?
