Problems with tool bar

Marc Ouellette
Good day to you, I made a mistake with the tool bar in Digikam , I removes the tool bar. Now I canot make it reaper. I uninstal Digikam and reinstalled it. But I get the same settings, no tool bar. Could you please tell me how to make it reaper. Excuse my english, and it would be apreciated if you could send the instructions in french; if it's not possible it's OK. I'm including a picture showing Digikam without a tool bar. Marc thank you.
