Problem with core/libs/dimg/dshareddata.h

Hi all;

SUSE Legal team has notified me that core/libs/dimg/dshareddata.h is GPLv2 only. This is a problem since rest of the digikam is GPLv2 or later. Good thing is the file is just a stripped-down version of Qt's qshareddata.h which is now licensed under dual LGPLv2 and GPLv3 + Qt exception.

Can someone please update the license header for this file?
