As far I know, lcms is a widely portable lib that should be able to compile
under Windows and, maybe, under MacOS. Actually you can see download packages
for Windows and binaries for Windows and MacOS (1.16 version) in the
project's homepage  [http://www.littlecms.com/downloads.htm].
