Pop up help issue???

When I roll my mouse over specific buttons, I get a pop up that I am
assuming is a help bubble. Problem is the colors used for this help
bubble are so close that it is not readable. Is there any away to change
these colors or just switch this pop up off. I have been through manual
and can not find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I am running digiKam running under Linux Mint 18.2

Look in Settings/Themes and Settings/Configure/Miscs/Widgets Style parameters.
