Please tell me how to compile digikam with exiv2 and kdcraw libraries

I do not own a 64bit system, so I can not test it by myself. I think you
should replace '$DIGIKAMDEST/lib' by '$DIGIKAMDEST/lib64' or append it
after in lines with 'LD_LIBRARY_PATH' and 'LDPATH'. Perhaps also for
'$DIGIKAMDEST/lib/kde4' > '$DIGIKAMDEST/lib64/kde4', but I don't know.
Please give some feedback when you succed.
