Enter your text in the Caption box in Digikam then in the Piwigo upload
dialogue tick the box by "Exif Comment (instead of file name) sets
Comment" then the text you entered in the Caption box will appear as the
Description in Piwigo. You may want to untick the one to set the Title.

How Connect it to my personal server?
Must I do something special in the server?
Which url must fill in the connecxion field? piwigo base?
It a few words, How I connect digikam woth my server/piwigo?

Enter your text in the Caption box in Digikam then in the Piwigo upload dialogue tick the box by "Exif Comment (instead of file name) sets Comment" then the text you entered in the Caption box will appear as the Description in Piwigo. You may want to untick the one to set the Title.

The plugin is for uploading photos to a Piwigo server. There is no
special setup on the server. It can only upload to already existing
albums. So initially you must create at least one album on the server
before it will work. The URL just points at the base of the Piwigo
installation eg http://your.server.com/piwigo/ Provide the user name and
password for an existing user on your Piwigo installation in the digikam
dialogue box that you get when you choose the Export->Export to Piwigo
menu option.
