When quitting digikam in full screen mode, it starts up without menu, toolbar
and statusbar. The only way of getting them back is to remove the state information in the digikamrc file. Don't do that. Please. Need I file a bug report? Hi Gilles,
I use 4.13.0. This happens if digikam is shut down by the session manager, and reopened when starting a new KDE/plasma session. And as said, it is not a new problem. What's happen if you close digiKam in full screen mode in case of KDE session still active ? When you restart digiKam, it restored in Full screen mode or in normal mode ? When you said KDE/Plasma, do you talk about KDE5 or KDE4 ? I certainly can confirm that it happened with an older version of okular as well, and still does with okular 0.20.3 (just tested ;-) ) -- Andreas Ege 24 The Birches Shobdon Herefordshire HR6 9NG GB Mobile: +44.(0)7970.190925 Tel.: +44.(0)1568.709166 http://www.spheniscid.net http://www.ap-vet.co.uk _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |
So, the problem is in common API : Kdelibs. Please report this problem into KDE bugzilla, KDElibs section Gilles Caulier 2015-09-23 0:49 GMT+02:00 Andreas T. Ege <[hidden email]>:

It depends on how you handle full screen windows, iirc. But it's been a while since I did any programming :) If it is a library error, it would be reported, or?
