No RAW thumbnails when downloading from D7000

Hey guys,

I'm having problems when downloading RAWs from my D7000 -- I no longer
get thumbnails. I only get the generic thumbnail icon and the image
properties. This used to work ... unfortunately I have no precise record
of the digikam version at which it broke. Fyi, when I try to access a
file, I see this in the console:

Can I fix this somehow? Has it been fixed in a newer release? I'm on
4.4.0, as shipped by Fedora.

I think problem is already fixed with new 4.5.0 release. See this
report for details :

The bug affect Gphoto2 camera driver so, Canon and Nikon.
